I wanted a fourth axis so I got the indexer at an auction. I laid out this plate for a motor drive. I'll connect it the fourth axis as required

I'm kinda disappointed in the result as I did not allow for any timing belt tensioning. I think I'll cut another as soon as time permits..

Here is another front panel. This one is for a tester that will be sent to China for the AQL inspection of an outgoing product.

I just love CNC. This double-D shaped hole would have been a killer in the drill-and-file-shop of yesterday. Now it's just measure, draw, cut. prefect!

Here's a little sheet metal panel with some various holes and bent to fit into an SLA model of a pump that I'm working on.

This ia a small fixture user to bend the leads on a reed switch and then solder a couple of wires onto the reed,
The project was a concept to build so there is some CNC and some file to fit action.
