Shiz Hornets Nest

I've been concerned about the front cover over the spindle area for awhile. I had a minute to work on the machine last night so I pulled it off. I expected to see a hornets nest, but it was not too bad.

Why did'nt I remove this cover when I was washing the machine? - - What was I thinking? Approach it slowly. Slowly remove the cover.... A taste - the reset button is jumpped - Good thing there is nothing left to reset. Where are the hornets? - All I see is limit switches.. Phew ! only ONE hornet. Dominic - look at the spindle housing to the right of the lead screw There is some oil and water at the bottom. Fortunately the Gunk keeps the water and oil mixed until the water evaporates - then you've got oil and Gunk... The "back gear"   I should have looked here when I was washing too. Fuzzy logic strikes again.
